About Me

Hi, I'm Stevie and I am so glad you are here. I believe in the power of healing through meaningful connection, compassion, and understanding. As a therapist specializing in complex trauma, grief, addiction recovery and relationship counseling, I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life's challenges alone. I have been there. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can share your story, build resilience, and feel truly seen and heard.

In my work, I use a phase-oriented approach, starting with building skills and creating a sense of safety in your life. We’ll work together to create stability and support before gently exploring and making sense of your past experiences. I draw from various evidence-based modalities, including DBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, all chosen to fit your unique journey. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply and moving toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
